Lynton Crabb Photography, Promotional Piece

Lynton Crabb is one of Melbourne’s most well respected photographers and we were excited when asked to design a simple promotional piece that would showcase Lynton’s recent work. The result, an A2 sized, uncoated sheet that folds down to be easily mailed in a square, custom-made felt envelope. The promotional piece was designed as a grid system to allow for future in-house updates by Lynton’s staff, with minimal expense.

Goss Filters, Product Catalogue

Established in 1943, Goss is well known in the Australian Automotive industry for its direct replacement vehicle fuel pumps. Recently Visua were invited to produce Goss’s extensive product catalogue. In designing the catalogue Visua set about looking for ways to strategically strengthen the Goss brand. We focused on producing a document that would reestablish the brand within the automotive marketplace and aggressively dominated the product segments colour space. Put simply we wanted the Goss brand to own yellow. A strategy that is already paying dividends in brand recall and awareness.

Australian Paper, Sustainability Report

When Australian Paper needed a fresh approach to their sustainability report our Creative Director knew there was a challenge ahead. Environmental sustainability is a global concern and community awareness has never been so high. Australian Paper won’t deny paper production has an impact on the environment and initiatives are in place to minimise that impact. The approach to the report was anything but standard, chosing to present the facts as they were, no gloss, no ambiguity. This formed the basis of the underlying concept ‘The Facts in Black & White’. The report was produced using 100% recycled materials and printed with environmentally friendly vegetable inks.

Australian Paper, Envi Carbon Neutral Paper Range

Australian Paper required a brand identity for a new line of carbon neutral papers. Although only asked to design a visual mark, our Creative Director also presented several alternate naming options. ‘Envi’, a shortening of environment, was a clear favourite and subsequently presented numerous exciting marketing opportunities. A strapline ‘Go Green with Envi’ helped position the brand as a market leader. To support the product launch to market, a suite of collateral was designed to highlight Envi’s core environmental values. Custom presentation boxes housed detailed product specifications and product samples, which were presented to peak bodies and government agencies.
